About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Patient Care Coordinator with US Fertility. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and people-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions.

Provide pre and post op education to patients and their families.

Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Work independently to ensure the program goals are achieved and support excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. They will also have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow-through. A minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology are also required.
