Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a construction crew.
  • Oversee the utilization of heavy equipment for excavation, installation, and backfilling of drainage pipe.
  • Sequence pipe installation to minimize interference with other project activities and the public.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or safety concerns.
  • Establish a safe work environment that complies with the company's safety program.
  • Monitor equipment operation and maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
  • Analyze job cost reports to ensure production is within budget.
  • Review and approve employee time reporting.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Submit daily work reports, including time, attendance, equipment used, and materials received and installed.
Requirements:
