Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Talent Strategy. This role involves producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment.

Salary: $17.00 – 18.50/hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reading and understanding procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English;
• Carrying out verbal instructions and communicating verbally in English;
• Adhering to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices;
• Lifting/carrying 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis and rarely lifting/carrying 50-75 lbs.;
• Meeting cognitive demands, including visual discrimination/memory, auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, independent decision making, and retention of specific knowledge;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED; Ability to operate basic fabrication equipment required. Quality training, incoming part quality, gage plan completion, and proper part loading. May be exposed to loud noises. Requires the operation of machinery as appropriate for performance of job.
