The practice was founded by Dr. Scott Luking and Dr. Steve Luking, who began serving the community 30 years ago. Dr. Steve retired a few years back, and Dr. Jayce Cook, who completed his Family Medicine residency at Cone Health, joined the practice. Clinical and special services include cardiology programs, a cancer center, a surgery center, a sleep center, a rehabilitation center, and a rheumatology clinic.
