Job Summary:

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Family Practice team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. As an LPN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients.

Requirements:

  • One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
