Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at CHI Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in respiratory care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
