Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, installation, and maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for equipment, and address Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) issues to ensure compliance and improve interdepartmental communication.
  • Project Support: Assist with cost estimates, project justification, budgeting, design reviews, and oversee installations, and explore new equipment, systems, and processes to enhance plant operations.
  • Team Training and Development: Train and support production floor team members, and identify performance issues using data analysis and technical expertise, focusing on waste reduction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize improvement tools to analyze product issues, propose solutions, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance teams, and preferred experience in equipment design, project engineering, or project management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer-based technology, programming languages, and troubleshooting machine problems, and understanding of modern safety control systems and electrical diagrams.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $67,000 to $125,000, with full relocation assistance and negotiable sign-on bonus.
