Mammography Imaging Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technician to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Mammography Technician, you will be responsible for performing breast imaging procedures using specialized equipment to produce high-quality breast images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography examinations using specialized equipment to produce high-quality breast images.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures by providing clear instructions and maintaining proper positioning.
- Assess images for clarity and accuracy, adjusting equipment settings as needed to obtain optimal results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain patient records, document procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements for quality assurance.
Requirements:
- CMT and ARRT certifications.
- Two years of recent Mammography Technician experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
