Job Overview

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Coffee Shop Team Member at Land's End Management Corporation. As a key member of our corner store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience: Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and dispense coffee and non-alcoholic beverages to internal and external customers, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  3. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter area, product displays, espresso machine, and shop area.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain thorough knowledge of corner store products and pricing, advising the manager of needed product and inventory.
  5. Financial Management: Reconcile shift revenues and assemble shift deposits, preparing for the following shift bank.
  6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate daily and weekly priorities with the Corner Store Supervisor or Manager, and perform side work and other duties as requested.

Requirements:

  1. Customer Service Orientation: Possess a guest-friendly, customer service orientation and ability to take direction and follow fixed processes, procedures, and policies.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic typing, computer programs, and communication devices.
  3. Physical Demands: Able to bend, squat, lift 40 lbs. to waist high, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.
  4. Land's End Dress Code and Conduct: Meet and maintain Land's End dress code and personal conduct policies.
  5. Previous Experience: Previous experience or equivalent training in high-volume, full-service operations.
