Nurse Job Description
Columbia River Mental Health Services is hiring a Nurse for our Substance Use Disorder program. As a Nurse, you will provide care to individuals with substance use disorders in various settings, including clinics, jails, and schools.

Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment services to clients, including medication administration, assessments, and evaluations.
- Manage medication inventory and ensure accurate documentation of used and unused medications.
- Complete admission paperwork and enter orders from physicians correctly and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Washington State.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in medication-assisted treatment preferred.

Job Details
- Salary: $31.72 - $34.29/hour (LPN), $43.27 - $47.02/hour (RN).
