We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Nightingale, a modern take on the fern bars from the 70s and 80s. As a Bartender, you will be part of a small team that is passionate about craft cocktails and DJs. Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for daily service, ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Prioritize guest orders and deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
• Process various payment types with accuracy
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar area, as needed
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and guests
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of your work

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
• Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles
• Classic cocktail knowledge is essential
• Able to maintain strong coworker relationships and take direction from managers
• Flexible evening availability
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift 40bs. without assistance
