Job Title: Sr. Plant Operations Manager- Warehouse

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Plant Operations Manager- Warehouse to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of a manufacturing plant, including safety, quality, production, and cost in various departments within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a safe plant culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for product quality control and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant production goals and efficiency.
  • Manage specific cost controls for the plant and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
  • Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
  • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Schedule and conduct plant meetings to ensure open communication.
  • Ensure maintenance of a clean and safe plant environment.
  • Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attend corporate trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a position similar to this role.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing people and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in a position similar to this role.
  • 6 years of experience managing people and projects.

Education:
  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field.
