Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
- Assess maintenance issues, complaints, and work orders to prioritize tasks.
- Conduct proactive inspections of the property to identify current and potential needs.
- Develop and implement ongoing maintenance programs.
- Manage the maintenance of the hotel's pool, including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the exterior of the building.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in a maintenance role involving troubleshooting and repair of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. A valid Driver's License is required. Must be self-directed and capable of working independently.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various areas of the facility.
