Job Title: Bank Teller - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Teller to join our team at Citizens National Bank of Bossier City. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and promoting bank services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Promote and explain bank services, including safe deposit boxes, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Process consumer loan and other payments, ensuring that bank criteria for accepting such payments are met.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
