Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to participate in drafting Case Management Orders, court appearances, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense and be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in drafting Case Management Orders and court appearances
  • Organize and analyze case information and provide reports to carriers
  • Propound and respond to written discovery
  • Draft law and motion documents
  • Meet and coordinate with clients and experts
  • Attend site inspections and take and defend depositions
  • Prepare for and participate in all phases of trial
Requirements
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
