Grooming Studio Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at G.O.A.T. Haircuts & Athletic Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our barbers and stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of barbers and stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and exceptional experience, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
• Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training.
• Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales, including social media marketing and promotions.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the barbering or beauty industry.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on business or a related field.
