Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal BIM/CAD Designer to join our team at Unique Metal Works, LLC. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in creating 3D representations of sheet metal/ductwork using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate 3D models of equipment, installation drawings, hanger drawings, pad drawings, spool sheets, and as-builts from contract documents.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering staff to ensure seamless fabrication and installation processes.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as a representative of the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
