Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Therma, a leading provider of mechanical construction services. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing complex process systems for high-tech clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop process systems, including high-purity gas and liquid delivery systems, sanitary and hygienic piping and equipment, and purified water and steam systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet customer needs and are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and other design documents.
- Perform field verifications and site walks to identify and resolve design issues.
- Lead or participate in multi-disciplined design groups to develop construction document packages.
- Accredited four-year degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Seven years of work-related experience in process engineering, preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with process and mechanical systems, including high-purity gas and liquid systems, sanitary and hygienic piping and equipment, and purified water and steam systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience working with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with design-build companies in a process engineering role.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in the development of cleanroom facilities.
- PE registration in the state of California or the ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment.
