Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and effective manner, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions throughout the hospital.
  • Act as a patient advocate, promoting patient safety and quality of care through ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
  • Associate of Nursing, nursing (or Diploma in Nursing) degree required; Bachelors of Science, nursing degree preferred.
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification (preferred).
