Responsibilities

* Operate the "Proudly Serves Starbucks" counter, preparing and serving high-quality beverages to customers
* Greet and check out customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience
* Assist customers in finding items in the store, answering questions, and resolving issues
* Answer phones and assist with curbside service, ensuring seamless customer interactions
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and taking out trash
* Participate in special events, such as graduation, football games, and community events, to promote the store and engage with customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience
* Ability to lift 40-50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a busy environment

Working Conditions

* Varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing store needs
* Busy working environment with numerous interruptions, requiring strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

* $12.00 per hour, up to 19 hours per week
