Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art hospital for a 13-week contract assignment. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive and ambitious team at Jackson Nurse Professionals, where Traveling Nurses have been building rewarding careers since 2006.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and their babies during the delivery process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements:

  • Current state license in good standing with State License Board.
  • 12 months of Labor and Delivery experience in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years.
  • At minimum, current BLS required (certifications vary by location - job may require ACLS).
  • Medical Records.
