Job Description

The Medical Simulation Technologist is a critical role within Unitek Learning's family of colleges, supporting the simulation and skills labs for all nursing programs. This position requires a highly skilled individual to maintain and operate complex audiovisual and simulation equipment, providing top-notch learning experiences for students.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and explain instructional best practices for using manikins and equipment to elevate simulation experiences.
  • Prepare and maintain simulation and skills lab equipment, manikins, media, audio/visual, computers, and materials related to learning.
  • Provide technical support for task trainers and multimedia peripherals, including medication dispensing systems, vital sign monitors, IV pumps, and feeding pumps.
  • Ensure the safety and security of simulation and skills labs according to established procedures, policies, and laws.
