Compensation:
Pay ranges from $58/hr to $70/hr, with opportunities for Clinical Fellows starting at $53/hr. Enjoy flexible contract options, including W2 and 1099 arrangements, with no non-compete clauses.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not mandatory
- ASHA dues and state licensure covered by the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students facing speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster academic and social success
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
