Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Observe and survey the assigned location to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations, prioritizing the safety of clients and employees.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities, using clear and concise language.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an asset
  • Level 1 security license
