About the Role:

The City of Grand Junction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parkland Guardian to join our team. As a Parkland Guardian, you will be responsible for promoting compliance with City Ordinances, parking rules and regulations within our beautiful parks and trails. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our community and contribute to the well-being of our citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol City parks, trails, facilities, and buildings to ensure compliance with City Ordinances and parking rules.
  • Provide information to the public regarding parking regulations, and the location of streets, buildings, and points of interest.
  • Work closely with the Grand Junction Police Department to enhance community relations and promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $23.88 - $26.87.
