Position OverviewAs a vital member of the healthcare team, you will utilize your professional nursing expertise to deliver exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve:
- Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
- Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: Travel
- Work Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift Length: 12 hours
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room.
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience or multiple completed travel contracts.
- Current licenses and certifications, including ACLS and BLS.
- Completion of a skills checklist within the last year.
