Registered Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Resorts at Pooler. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that resident care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to support their growth and development.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage resources and supplies to ensure that nursing staff have the necessary tools and equipment to provide high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience in long-term care, nursing home, or sub-acute rehabilitation settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with nursing staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
