Job Description:
As an Advanced Respiratory Care Specialist at Christus Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. To succeed in this role, you must have advanced knowledge and skills in respiratory care, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a RT or RCP license in the state of employment, current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in respiratory care. A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $73,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Christus Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
