We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and determine their needs to present appropriate products and services.
- Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Inventory Management: Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed.
- Knowledge and Communication: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options with customers, and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
