Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming, particularly in real-time embedded systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in solving complex problems and developing solutions for software on real-time operating systems.
  • 8+ years of experience collaborating with diverse teams in the design and development of technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DO-178B standards (DAL A or B preferred).
  • Familiarity with real-time operating systems such as VxWorks or LynxOS.
  • Extensive experience with software engineering methodologies, including requirements writing, design, testing, and delivery.
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and mentorship.
