Job Description
At AccessAbilities, Inc., we're passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism to teach them essential life skills, social interactions, and communication.
* Collaborate with our team of Behavior Analysts to develop and implement behavior plans that promote positive outcomes.
* Collect data to measure progress and ensure each child's goals are achieved.
* Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* RBT certification preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
* Must pass the RBT certification after training.
