As a Licensed Physical Therapy Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
- Guiding nursing staff and family members on effective follow-up programs to enhance patient progress.
- Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, including equipment upkeep.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to marketing presentations as needed.
To qualify for this role, you should possess:
• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
