Job Overview

This role involves configuring robotic systems for various industrial applications, setting up and maintaining robotic dispense processes within manufacturing environments, and ensuring proper teaching of TCPs, frames, loads, and safety configurations. Effective communication protocols for robot I/O configurations are also crucial for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Configure robotic systems for diverse industrial applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Establish and maintain efficient robotic dispense processes within manufacturing settings, optimizing production workflows and reducing downtime.
  • Evaluate and teach TCPs, frames, loads, and safety configurations, guaranteeing accuracy and precision.
  • Develop and implement effective communication protocols for robot I/O configurations, enhancing overall system performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Expertise with Atlas Copco Nut Runners, Fanuc iRVision, and FANUC Robotics, as well as experience with Ford GVOSS.
  • Proficiency in configuring robot I/O, including communications, and setting up various types of dispense process equipment.
  • Able to teach TCPs, frames, loads, DCS (Safety Configuration), and set up vision equipment, including robot-mounted and floor-mounted systems.
  • Demonstrated competency with one or more robot applications, such as Material Handling, Dispense, Welding, Tool Center Points, User Frames, Base Frames, and Work Objects.
Salary Details

We offer an attractive salary range of $37.00 to $49.00 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibilities required for this role.
