Job Description:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in assisting patients with medical problems related to the blood vessels, heart, and lungs. You will conduct interviews and examinations to diagnose breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders and provide emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' respiratory and cardiac systems
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in respiratory therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid RRT credential and current licensure in the state of Ohio are also required.
