About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Internal Auditor to join our team at Galaxy Group.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review tendering, awarding, and billing procedures to ensure compliance with construction, supply, and service contracts, HOAI, and BGB.
- Provide expert advice to employees on procedural issues and technical questions related to internal audit and procurement.
- Conduct inspection orders as instructed by management to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain high standards of internal audit and procurement practices.
- Represent the commercial internal audit team in various forums and meetings.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (Building Construction) or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
- Alternatively, individuals with a qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service or administrative specialists, or comparable qualification with comprehensive technical knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement law and experience in procurement review procedures.
- Strong understanding of business administration principles.
- Conceptual and goal-oriented thinking and acting.
- Ability to make decisions, assertiveness, teamwork, and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a confident appearance, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
