Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and implementation of therapy interventions for residents. This role requires a strong understanding of resident needs and the ability to develop and revise care plans accordingly. Key responsibilities include:

Evaluating residents to identify areas of need and developing individualized therapy plans
Implementing and revising therapy interventions to meet resident goals and outcomes
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective care coordination
Educating residents, family members, and caregivers on care plans and therapy interventions

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, in good standing
Master's degree
