Nurse Practitioner

Bethesda Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids in a safe and timely manner.
- Monitor residents' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and improve overall care quality.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and resident interactions accurately and timely.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Education from an accredited school of nursing.
- CPR/AED certification required, or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
