Job Title: Plumber

Caddell Construction is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for assembling and installing plumbing systems according to specifications and trade codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and valves.
  • Study specifications, building plans, and drawings to determine work aids required and the appropriate sequence of installation.
  • Inspect structures to identify potential obstructions and ensure safe installation.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
  • Assemble and install valves, pipes, and fittings using hand tools and power tools.
Working Conditions:

This is a construction setting role that requires travel and full-time work. You must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in extreme temperatures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience as a Plumber.
  • Ability to read and comprehend ISO drawings, blueprints, and written instructions.
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety and ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation.
  • Current Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
