Job Summary

Quiddity is seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multiple project teams across simultaneous assignments, managing the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects, and developing quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently perform engineering assignments for municipal projects.
  • Lead multiple project teams across simultaneous assignments.
  • Manage the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects.
  • Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians.
  • Understand engineering conditions and laws and permitting organizations such as city, state, and county entities: is able to research, identify, and apply permitting process and code requirements to engineering assignments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or science field.
  • 5+ years design engineering experience working on municipal infrastructure projects, and/or county and state roadway projects.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.
  • Valid TX driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
