Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of home health care professionals. As a RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing skilled nursing care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes, including wound care, medication management, and education on self-care and disease management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
