The Certified Surgical Technologist is a vital member of the operating room team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures. As a Surgical Technologist, you will work closely with the surgical team to prepare the operating room, assemble and set up surgical instrumentation and equipment, and maintain a safe and sterile environment.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, including setting up instrumentation and equipment
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
