Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Flynn Panera. As a Baker, you will be responsible for providing legendary high-quality baked products for our guests, while ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to eight (8) hours in length
• Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
