Job Summary: As an Assistant Manager at Jason's Deli, you will be responsible for managing and running shifts, coaching and training employees, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation. You will focus on people, sales, and profit, driving results-oriented performance and providing exceptional customer service.
