Accounts Payable Coordinator

As an Accounts Payable Clerk at The Albers Group LLC, you will play a vital role in managing vendor invoices for payment within established guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Manage contract files and folders, ensuring accurate documentation and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documents for contracts, sales orders, and payables.
- Assist with office administration tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and directing visitors.
**Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
