Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Gastroenterology Specialties, PC. As an Office Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide health education and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Document patient interactions and calls, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Triage patient phone calls and symptoms, utilizing your expertise to provide timely and effective support.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess patient outcomes and re-triage as needed.
  • Assist our providers with patient care, including setting up rooms, performing office tests, administering injections, and completing clerical duties.
  • Room patients, take vital signs, and assist providers during clinic appointments.
  • Document patient interactions and calls, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Complete pre-procedure education and instruction with patients.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements:
  • 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
  • BLS Certification (required).
  • RN License (required).

Work Environment:
  • Full-time hours vary depending on clinic schedule, typically between 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Most Friday afternoons off.
