Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee comprehensive financial reporting and forecasting, manage changes, develop schedules, control documentation, and handle project administration.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of extensive construction experience, including client engagement, financial oversight, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, and resolution of construction/engineering issues.
  • Proficient in Primavera Software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
