As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our resort bar.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available
* Process payment transactions accurately and manage cash and credit card transactions
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
* Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and active listening skills
* Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

Working Conditions:

* Physical work is a primary part of this role, requiring extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs
* Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
