Front Desk Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Soundings and Breakers Resort in Dennis Port, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to maintain proper working relationships.
  • Assist in maintaining continued training for Front Desk staff and coach, counsel, and develop team members.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Front Desk experience as a Guest Services Agent, and/or two years' experience in the Hospitality field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $19.50.
  • Full-time, AM and PM shifts available with mandatory weekend shifts.
  • Up to 21 paid days off per year, 401K match up to 5%, and 9 paid holidays.
