Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the home repair industry, with expertise in general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall work, wood replacement, roofing repairs, and snow removal. The successful candidate will be proficient in using hand and power tools, able to lift at least 50 lbs, and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform drywall repairs and painting interior and exterior
  • Install tile or flooring
  • Carry out trim carpentry on interior and exterior
  • Conduct basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
  • Remove snow from properties
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
