Job Overview

We are actively hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) to provide services to students across various school settings. In this role, you will work with children experiencing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges. You will collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to create individualized plans and support students' academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide comprehensive speech services.
  • Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering input on student communication goals.
  • Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but will consider candidates without CCC from ASHA as well.
  • Valid North Carolina SLP license.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative educational team.
